The roast has been specially created for our "big brother", the BlackGold, and consists of 70% aromatic Arabica beans from Sumatra and Brazil and 30% Robusta beans from Guatemala for a little earthy, nutty kick. Roasted gently in a drum, this blend allows you to conjure up a wonderful coffee with notes of nougat and chocolate. 
We recommend preparing it in a fully automatic machine or in a portafilter machine.
